sarah was my youngest daughter my baby my heartbeat,we lived in dagenham me her dad alan har sister dawn,sarah was only 13 when a massive asthma attack took her away from me for ever,
i will never get ovrt ger and the things we will never do and the things she will never do,
i miss her every minute of every day
we always will do
the sun went in that day and will not be coming out again for me
gone but never forgotten
I lost my little brother he was the youngest of us 4, yet he was my only full blood brother. I know that you can never see life being happy again without them in it. When you lose someone so unexpectedly you dont have the chance to say all the things that should of been said and this contributes to your grief. I never knew sarah but each time you talk about her or let someone know what she was like you bring her back to life for now she may be gone but she will live on forever in your familys hearts. I know what its like to be in a situation and think mm wish sarah was here and it hurts she will never do the things with you that you would of wanted by she will always be by your side when you do them. so for her sake you need to carry on. you will have bad days. god knows i do but by talking and being with your other children you will get stronger. i cant say you grief will pass or that the pain gets easier cause it dosent but you will learn to cope as will all your family if you stand close together and remember. memories are like threads of gold they never tarnish and never grow old. deepest sympathy for you as a mum, as i am and to your lovely family xxx

Don't think of Sarah as gone away,
her journey's just begun,
Life holds so many facet's
this earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting,
from the sorrows and the tears,
In a place of warmth and comfort,
where there are no days and years.
Think how she must be wishing,

And she was loved so much.
